When I saw Tosca Reno on saturday, she shared some simple and easy tips to improve your health and wellness.  I wanted to pass them along:

  • Have 2 tbsp of ground flax every day to help elimination (this is a much nicer way of saying you know what)
  • Drink 2-3L of water a day
  • Identify sugars in food and know what to avoid
  • Have 1 cup of steamed broccoli (helps with sexual health)
  • Train your glutes!  This one I  loved, what she means is that your glutes are one of your biggest muscle groups so by training them you will up your metabolism and burn calories more efficiently.  And really, who doesn’t want a good butt?

She announced that soon she will be turning 51!  Amazing!
